I think this is a little ignorant and goes to show why the general public does not understand science. This is exactly why global warming is an issue among the public. The strong point of science is that it tests an idea, and if more evidence shows that this idea is not right it is retested for the best possible explanation. The public sees this as a downfall of science but it is actually the best part. Would you prefer that scientists didn't test theories and stuck with the original idea for the sake of not confusing people? Besides the fact the so much 'fake' science is done by nonscientists and the media sensationalizes everything that may be breaking news. Is this really the fault of scientists?
clearly you studied science in school. is it the fault of scientists? no. am i the general public? yes. so from the general publics perspective, we're left confused. keep doing your scientific studies and maybe one day everyone will be on the same page. but for now, we're not sure what to do. sure scientific studies prove your body needs vitamin D. but should we get it at the risk of melenoma? all im saying is its conflicting.
but thanks for the comment! and im glad my ignorance brought out the fire in you for such a long response! gotta love the passion! :)
